David Kaiser came to Safra Healthcare and Recovery Corp after nearly twenty years of service in serving the underprivileged. At SHC he developed many unique academic programs that relied on the impact of emerging services on drug addiction and recovery in the inner cities; he also served as the Director of the Los Angeles Free Clinic Before joining SHC he directed forward thinking programs to help those in need receive medical treatment. He is a Fellow of the Society for Underprivileged Treatment Centers, as well as a former board member and director-sponsor, and has received numerous awards for his contributions to the profession. His Clinical Writing: A Manual of Health will soon be released in a 1st edition from Beaumont.
His professional career outside of healthcare includes commentary for the Wall Street Journal, The Safra Foundation International, Pendant Publishing, and various government agencies, as well as a considerable career in freelance writing. He has applied this combination of practical and clinical experience to a variety of consultancies for major corporations and political agencies throughout the world.
He is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations including Habitat for Humanity, Sierra Club, the Women’s Philharmonic, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts. Outside of professional interests, he travels widely, reads, writes, sails, and enjoys living in Malibu with his family and pets.
